By using the services of Clockwork Express Shipping I agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Clockwork Express Shipping provides domestic and/or international package shipping and delivery services subject to these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of a shipment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Package Weight and Processing Fees

• All packages are subjected to a non-refundable processing fee range from $100 -$200.

• Weight is determined by the Company at the time of acceptance, and our measurement shall be final.

3. Responsibility for Lost Packages

• Clockwork Express Shipping is not responsible for lost packages unless loss is proven to be a direct result of gross negligence by the Company.

• The Company is not liable for loss caused by, but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or weather conditions

• Theft, customs delays, or actions by third-party carriers

4. Fragile Packages

• Customers are solely responsible for properly packaging fragile items.

• Clockwork Express Shipping does not assume liability for damage to fragile items, including but not limited to glass, electronics, ceramics, or delicate goods.

• “Fragile” labels do not guarantee special handling unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to shipment.

5. Packaging and Contents

• The customer guarantees that all items shipped are legal, safe, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Clockwork Express Shipping reserves the right to refuse or inspect any shipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Under no circumstances shall Clockwork Express Shipping be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Liability, if any, shall not exceed the shipping fees paid for the affected package.

7. Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Clockwork Express Shipping is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping and contact information

• Declaring package contents honestly

• Ensuring proper packaging, especially for fragile items

9. Amendments

Clockwork Express Shipping reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Clockwork Express Shipping operates.
